Policy

 Warranty

We offer a 6-month or 2,000-mile warranty on the battery, motor, and controller (whichever comes first).

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Human Damage : Damage from improper use, drops, impacts, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Natural Disasters : Damage from floods, fires, or earthquakes.

  • Unauthorized Repairs : Damage from repairs or part replacements by non-authorized third parties.

  • Battery Damage : Damage caused by water, moisture, or liquid contact.

  • Excessive Wear : Wear due to prolonged use or exceeding normal limits.

  • Unauthorized Accessories : Damage from using third-party or unauthorized parts.

  • External Electrical Issues : Damage caused by unstable voltage or power supply issues.

  • Expired Warranty : Damage or malfunction after the warranty has expired.

 Maintenance

  • Free Repairs: Brake pads, brake discs, inner tubes, and outer tires.

  • Customers must return to the store for inspection  every 4 weeks . If this period is exceeded, any repair costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Except for the parts covered by free repairs, other repairs will require customer payment.​

Fine Policy

  • Removal of brand name, labels, or addition of stickers/appearance changes: $45

  • Tampering with or erasing vehicle VIN or battery serial number: $100

  • Unapproved self-repair or third-party repair: $45

  • First time losing battery key: $20

  • Second time losing battery key: $40

  • Battery appearance damage or shell dents outside of warranty: $300

  • Severe structural and safety damage to battery, water damage, or battery loss: $500

  • Controller damage outside of warranty: $300

  • Cracking or damage affecting frame integrity (excluding minor scratches): $500

  • Use of third-party mainline, controller, pedal sensor, etc.: $150

  • Tampering with/removing GPS module: $150

  • Damaged, lost, or not returned U-lock and/or full set of U-lock keys: $80

  • First time losing seat post key: $15

  • Second time losing seat post key: $50

Payment Method

Cash or checks are not accepted; only debit cards and credit card automatic deductions are allowed.

  • Initial Payment: $200 deposit + 4 weeks of rental fees.

  • Subsequent Payments: Starting from the fifth week, the system will automatically charge weekly.

  • Customers must ensure that at least one week's rent is reserved in their account.

Overdue Payment Policy

If rental fees or other related fees are not paid on time, the company reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Debt Collection : We will engage professional debt collection agencies or legal advisors to pursue debt recovery. And the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred during the debt collection process, including debt collection agency fees and legal fees.

  • Credit Impact : Overdue payments may affect the customer's credit history. The company reserves the right to report overdue accounts to credit agencies.

  • Contract Termination : In cases of severe delinquency, the company may terminate the rental agreement and require the customer to return the rented items immediately.

  • Police Involvement : If necessary, the company reserves the right to report the matter to the authorities.

Vehicle Loss Policy

Once the vehicle is lost, we recommend that you file a police report within 24 hours and contact GO BIKE INC via phone or email to request GPS tracking, increasing the chances of finding the vehicle.


If you authorize GO BIKE INC to retrieve the vehicle and we successfully find it, a fee of $300 will be charged.


If the vehicle cannot be found, loss fees will be charged as follows:

  • Vehicle lost: $1000 + tax

  • Battery lost: $550 + tax

  • Vehicle + battery lost: $1500 + tax
